Online payments are not available at the moment

I'm trying to pay a small amount via my personal-account and the page says "Online payments are not available at the moment". Is this a temporary technical outage? Or an indication that is, in general, not possible to pay online ?

Plrase try again from 6 April 2023 when the tax year changes.
