Self-Assessment showing as "LATE" despite being submitted and paid on time

Hello, I submitted my return last night (31/1) around 9.30pm and paid the tax due shortly thereafter (well before 11.59pm for both). I received a submission confirmation for the return, with a confirmation number. However, in the "View and manage your Self Assessment tax return" section, it is showing this as late, and in the "View your payments" section, nothing is showing up. I am assuming that this is because your systems take some time to update. I also assume that the submission date/time per the confirmation and the payment time per the email receipt for payment supersede any delayed system updates on your behalf for the purposes of assessing whether a return was filed late. Can you please confirm? Thanks.

It can take 72 hours for the tax return to upload online, and if it was received on time the penalty will be removed.
