UTR not received applied in early January

Hello, Me and my wife applied for UTR for self assessment in early Jan but so far we have not received anything not even a confirmation. I also checked on my income tax account online but couldn't find anything there too. Is there any delay in processing. Deadline is 31st January, would there be late charges for this delay from HMRC? You will receive 3 months and 7 days to file the return from when the UTR is generated, however the original payment date of 31/01/2023 will stay the same.
