Missing sections for business expenses

Hi, I want to enter the amounts to claim mileage relief as I only receive partial payment. The help boxes say to enter in 'Business Travel & other expenses' but when I click 'next' that page seems to be missing and it goes straight to further info. Any ideas? It worked fine last year! It seems to be sections 22 to 25 that are just not there.

When completing the Employment page, you need to answer 'yes' to the question which asks "Do you wish to claim any employment expenses or capital allowances".

This will then open the page for you to complete.
