Certificate of residence

Hello Team I was wondering if you could help me. I ve submitted an application for a certificate of residence a week ago. When I submitted my application I received an automated message saying to wait for 15 days before an update. I also received a unique Identifier for my application. However, I do not seem to be able to track my application online (by using my personal self assessment page-it says that there are no applications waiting)is that normal, or have I done something wrong? I submitted the application by following the available guidance online Thanks for your time
