Hi there, I hope an HMRC agent can help... I've tried repeatedly to set up a Time to Pay installments plan for my most recent tax return. I meet all the criteria here: https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/guidance/check-if-you-can-set-up-regular-payments-to-pay-your-self-assessment/self-assessment-payments Also, I meet all these criteria: You can set up a Self Assessment payment plan online if you: have filed your latest tax return YES owe less than £30,000 YES are within 60 days of the payment deadline YES - today is 24/02/2023 plan to pay your debt off within the next 12 months YES do not have any other payment plans or debts with HMRC YES - no existing plans nor debts However, when I log in with my Gateway account details, the system simply says to call, saying I do NOT meet the criteria above, which as explained, I do. Please can an HMRC agent mail back and I can supply my details, perhaps you can then fix my account and I'd love to log on and setup the plan, thanks.

We would not be able to correct this, you will need to contact our helpline to setup a plan.
