Paying Self Assessment Tax

I want to pay my self assessment tax, but I am over the 25k limit for online transfer set by my bank. Can I pay in two separate amounts with the same UTR over two consecutive days, or is this a big no no. Thanks

Yes you can pay over 2 days with the same UTR.
