Hello In December 2022 I filed a claim form by post in relation to SEIS and EIS relief. I did this by post because I do not file a tax return (my income is PAYE). As of 14 March I am yet to receive any reply but the Government Gateway shows that my form has been received. Should I just wait for a response or is there any way to check on the progress of the claim? I am claiming across tax years and therefore understand that I cannot file a self-assessment, hence the submission of the form (as well as the PAYE point above). Thanks

Hi,

We do have a large backlog of post so you can either wait or contact us

Self Assessment: general enquiries

to check its progress.

Thank you.

Do you have any estimation on the timing for the form to be considered?
