Do not receive the UTR number yet

Hi, I have submitted the NRF1 in Jan but I haven't received the UTR number in Mar, so I have re-sent my NRF1 in Mar via DHL (DHL showed HMRC received the form on 20/3), but I still haven't received the UTR number, I would like to know when can we receive it? By post or email? Thank you!

You will receive the UTR by post. Any progress chasing queries would need to be directed to our Self Assessment team.

I tried the Self Assessment and I have used the HMRC online services/the official HMRC app, but I cannot pass the identity verification because I haven't the postcode.
