Payment still not showing on self assessment

I did my self assessment form and paid on 26/1/23 in the evening I worked out payment by working out 1st payment in advance for 2022 - 2023 and added more as a balancing payment just in case my 2 advance payments for 2021 - 2022 were not enough - so basically paid over the amount that I think I owe. On the weekend 28th and 29th Jan 2023 the self assessment showed as having been received. However, the payment is still not showing up....I did faster payment online............I read that it can take 3 - 6 days before payment shows up on my self assessment. However, I have also read that if it is not showing as paid within 72 hours copntact hmrc - but I can't get through. I am concerned that I will get a penalty fine....or do I not need to worry and will the payment show up as being paid on 26th Jan as the faster payment method online (when the form itself showed as received on 28th Jan it did say it was received on 26th Jan)

It can take 72 hours for the return to show on our system, and 5 working days for the payment to show. If the payment is not showing after 5 working days, contact our helpline to advise where the payment was made from, where the payment was made to and any reference that you used for the payment.
