Recent repayment not showing

I requested a repayment 7 days ago, but it is not showing as pending or even requested. After 48 hours the overpayment was available to be requested all over again as if my previous attempt was ignored?

If it is now back to available then the request must have been rejected.
Please contact our helpline so that we can check if there is anything on record stopping the repayment being issued.
