Tax refund and IVA

Hi there Is it possible the HMRC will pay my tax refund directly to the IVA company? I requested a refund but they are not paying it to me, and have said they must contact the IVA company first. Thanks so much

Hi catadelova,

If we are unable to pay this refund to you, then the amount will be offered to the IVA company.
