I was asked to send in a large list of documents for a SURF2 request. It was almost 400 pages of bank statements and other required documentation. On the letter it gives the address: Indv & Business Compliance Complex and Agents ITSA ASCV HM Revenue & Customs BX9 1QE Since there was so much stuff required to send back I’ve had to send this via Royal Mail courier at the post office. No where on SURF2 letter does it mention that couriered items need to go to a different PO Box but I’m now reading online that this is the case ( https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs/contact/couriers ) It has taken me weeks to get all the required information from banks etc. Please tell me this has not now been lost. The tracking says the item was ‘collected at Wolverhampton DO’ There is currently an hour and a half wait time trying to get through on the phones so I’m hoping someone can answer this here

Hi,

The current timescale for these letters being reviewed is 5 weeks. You will need to keep trying to get through if you want to know now if the documents have been received.

Thank you.
