you can then advise them which tax years you wish your payment to be allocated to.

RE: Filling NI shortfall gaps from Turkey
Hi Goandeas,
As you are over UK State Pension Age, The Pension Service will be able to provide you with a full reply.
They will advise you of your current and future entitlement to a UK State Pension and detail any shortfalls that you may pay to improve your entitlement.

RE: Class 2 voluntary contributions(based abroad)
Hi
Our International caseworker team (Rest of the World) are currently dealing with work from 10 July 2023.
So currently there is a timescale of the very most 46 weeks. however timescales can change.
I am unable to advice on this forum whether your wife would qualify, you must wait for a response from the CF83 application.

Hi
It usually takes about 10 working days for us to receive your payment of voluntary National Insurance contributions so if you could call
National Insurance: general enquiries, (numbers contained within the link), then they will be able to allocate your payment to your National Insurance account.
If you are over UK State Pension Age then please mention this when you call.

If you have completed our CF83 application form to pay your voluntary National Insurance contributions by annual payment then we will send you a request for payment shortly after the end of each tax year.
If you have not completed the CF83 application form and wish to pay voluntary contributions whilst overseas then you may do so via this weblink:

To check your current and future entitlement to a UK State Pension please apply for a State Pension Forecast via Check your State Pension forecast
The Forecast will also detail any shortfalls that you may pay to improve your entitlement to a State Pension.

Sorry that your payments of voluntary National Insurance contributions are not yet recorded on your Personal Tax Account (PTA).
If you could call our National Insurance Helpline again and mention that you are over State Pension Age then they will be able to deal with the payment urgently.

From the details that you have provided, you would benefit from receiving a State Pension Forecast which will detail your current and future entitlement to the UK State Pension.
It will also advise if any shortfalls of National Insurance contributions are available to improve your entitlement if needed.

If you can not apply for a Forecast online by the above weblink then you may download form BR19, complete it and post it to The Pension Service.

RE: State pension record
Hi
If you have been employed in the UK then National Insurance contributions should have been deducted from your salary.
If you could send us a copy of your P60 or final payslip for the 2023-2024 tax year (along with a covering letter) then we will be able to trace for any missing
contributions and put them onto your National Insurance account. Please quote your National Insurance Number in your letter.
