You would need to select 'NO'

RE:SEIS Income Tax relief for company liquidation
Hi kjgray,
you would still claim this within the capital gains section of your tax return and your disposal value would be nil.
You want to make a claim or elction and use the drop down to select negligable value claim.
You then select to offset the loss against your other income.
Thank you. -
RE: UK GOV Bonds(gilt) CGT and interest income
Hi terrywykwong,
Deeply Discounted Securities’ (DDS) are government securities, commercial bonds and loan stock, where the amount paid on redemption is higher than the price at which they were issued.
The difference is the discount and represents the whole or part of the reward to the holder of the security for the use of the money borrowed by the security issuer.
Where certain conditions apply, the tax rules ensure that gains on such securities are taxed as income, rather than as capital gains.

RE: Self employed tour director / manager - subsistence expenses
Hi JAHOUL,
These rates are the benchmark rates for meal allowances for an employee and can be found here:
https://www.gov.uk/hmrc-internal-manuals/employment-income-manual/eim30240.
They are the maximum tax and NIC free amounts that can be paid by employers, who choose to use the system.
An employer can pay expenses higher than these amounts, but the excess should be charged tax and NIC.
If you are self employed, you can claim expenses for meals on overnight business trips.
