Hi, I submitted a repayment request the first week in February but have yet to receive the payment. The form said it would be around 4-5 weeks - but it has been 2 1/2 months now. it was a fairly easy repayment based on your own calculation and a self assessement form being lodged in Jan. There were no payments on account pending. Are you able to provide an indication as to the average time it now takes to receive a repayment. I have called a few times to speak to someone, but the holding times are over 45 minutes, so not practical in the working week anymore. Any help much appreciated

Hi. I have tried to call maybe half a dozen times now - but am on hold for well over an hour. It has meant it just isnt practical in a working day to keep holding and holding. The repayment seems simple enough but still hasnt been processed after 4 1/2 months and daily callsand writing seems to make no difference. Can you please confirm - what the average time for a repayment has been over the past 12 months?
