Government Gateway Issues

Trying to verify on the government gateway site. Have provided all the correct details - I do know my own name, date of birth, NI number and post code, but apparently the details are wrong. Married 20 years, same employer 16 years, same address over 5 years. NI number issued over 30 years. None are wrong. Please provide an email address where I can get this resolved as I understand your phone advisers won't be able to help (and I want a paper trail as proof). Thank you.
