No P60 what to do?

Hi! I have no access to my P60 for Tax year 2021-22 because I left one job in the end of February and started the next one in May. I am not for the UK so I can't provide a Passport or UK driving licence. No one has ben able to help be and I have been struggling with this since November. Please help me - what can I do to access my profile?

You would not have a form  P60 if you left the job in February, instead your employer should have given you form P45 (leaving form) 

P60 is only generated if you were employed on 05/04/2022.
