Suddenly showing insufficient NI contributions on pension record

I've just checked my pension record and it's showing I haven't made the full contributions since the year 2017/2018. I'm self-employed and complete a self-assessment every year and pay the amount shown. I don't know what could have changed in 2018/2019, why I suddenly stopped making the full contributions. Should I be worried or does it take a few years for them to update the record (I'm really hoping it's that)?

You may not have been paying Class2 which is the one that counts towards your pension.
You will need to check your self assessment calculations to see if it is only class4 that has been paid.
If so , you will need to contact the NI helpline on 0300 200 3500.

I'm not really sure. I don't understand. There's just one amount to pay at the end and I pay it. I don't understand why I was paying but now I'm not. If I'd been asked to pay something, I would have paid it. I hate making phone calls. Is there any way to contact them online?
