half year tax paid via IR35 and second half PAYE, how do I complete my tax return

I have submitted my invoice and paid tax via IR35 then 8 months later I was put on their payroll, all in the 21/22 tax year and k now I do not know how to complete my self assessment tax form, has anyone else experience this and what to do
