Hi all can someone please help me, so I have a new mobile number which I’m trying to change to receive my access code in order to log in, I don’t have my old number which is currently registered and it’s so hard to do a simple change over, I’ve been on the phone hours to .gov but failed the security questions because I could remember the month and year that I first submitted a tax return which is over 16 year old and for this reason they won’t change my number over because I can’t pass this ridiculous security question. Any help for my amazing. Kind regards
