Calculations for Tax and Payment on Account

Hello, Can anybody provide a definitive answer to whether there is a set percentage of my gross income I should put aside to cover the tax liability and payment on account for the following year, please? IE: If I receive £1600 each month, how much should I be putting aside of that to cover the tax and payment on account. Thank you
