How long to receive by post my signed form

Good morning, On November 23, 2023 I sent, by post, an “application form to claim the exemption from the Italian pay as you earn as applied to pension”. I posted the letter to: Pay As You Earn and Self Assessment HM Revenue and Customs BX9 1AS I am living in London, I have a settlement status and my intention is to transfer my pension from Italy to UK and to have the fiscal residence in this country, consequently. The fiscal authority should sign that form and repost to me. Until now I didn’t receive anything. How can to know if the procedure in in progress? Thank you and kind regards
