Can’t correct mistake on section 3. Tailor your return

Hi, I am trying to completing the self assessment online and have not submitted it yet. On section 3. Tailor your return, under page 3 of 3, I have chosen Yes for received 2021/2022 income tax refund which is a mistake. But, when I change the answer to No, can no longer save the section. An error message said “you can not remove a section from within ‘3. Tailor your return’. Please use the Delete link from within the section you wish to remove. There is no delete link inside the section 3. This seems to be a technical issue as other answers can be changed and saved. Please check and advice. Thanks!

You will need to go to step 4 Fill in Your return. When you open the page regarding a refund you will be able to delete it from that section.
