Worker's immigration status expires today but informed us that they can't send share code as this is not available yet as the application is still in process. Please advise as to how we should proceed?

We do not not deal with Right to Work or Immigration Status queries.

You will need to contact the Home Office for further information.

If you require information on running payroll, please call the Employer Help to discuss further.
