Missed employee on submitted P11D/P11D(b)

I submitted an employee's P11D information on the company - I have submitted an amendment and zero'd the amounts on the wrong company but I cannot add a P11D to the correct company as it says I have already submitted. Can anyone advise of how I should go about this? Many thanks
