PAYE Confirmation Letter for government sponsored licence

Does anyone know how to get a PAYE Confirmation letter from the HMRC? We're applying for an employer's sponsored licence and one of the documents that needs to submitted with the application is: "Proof of registration with HMRC as an employer for PAYE and National Insurance. This must be a document issued by HMRC and include your PAYE Reference Number and your Accounts Office Reference Number." Thanks
