Tax Refunds

I've done mth 11 PAYE for two directors and both have tax refunds so no payments are due to HMRC, do I pay the refunds to the directors or should I apply to HMRC for the tax refunds?

Hi
You should pay the refunds as this will reduce any other PAYE/NIC payments you are due to make however if you have no other PAYE/NIC liability, you can apply to HMRC for a refund of the credit on your Business Tax Account.
