P45 and final payment

An employee's last day was the 24th March. He left without notice on that day. I'd already run payroll and paid him for that week not knowing it was going to be his last day. What do I do with regard to making his final standard payment and leaving date?

If you have not already made him a leaver, put his final payment through as normal and record the leaving date as the date of final payment.
