I have a credit on my last P32 of the year. The HMRC website says that I should include account details in my final EPS, but doesn't say whether that will initiate a refund or whether I need to do anything else. Can someone please advise?

Hi claire Hynde,

Submitting an EPS will not initiate an automatic refund to be issued out.
If there is a credit on your PAYE account, you can either self serve this by reducing future PAYE payments to HMRC, or if you will not have any future liabilities, you can contact the Employer Helpline to request a repayment is made.
The contact details can be found here: Employers: general enquiries

Thank you.
