Hello. More than a month ago I applied online for U1 form. I'm not sure if its the same one as CA3916 form. Few months ago I moved back to my Bulgaria, and I'm trying to move my health insurances back here. I can't get any progress about my request and not sure how long is gonna take to receive any response. Can I have little help, please?

Hi zagorcheva.petya,

The team that deal with online U1 applications, are currently working on applications received on 28th of February.  

They are currently taken approximately 3 weeks to action.
