Deleting an old employee from basic paye tools

Hi, I have 4 employees in Basic PAYE tools who left in August 2013 and leaver information was completed in Basic PAYE tool in August 2013. But, these employees are still there in Basic PAYE tool and there is no option to delete them.

Thank you for your enquiry,  please contact our online services helpdesk on 0300 200 3600.

They will be able to advise if/how to delete an ex-employee from your system.
